Annual Billing
Annual plans save approximately 16% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the Subscription tab in Account Settings.
Buying Extra Credits
If you run out of credits before your monthly reset, you can purchase additional credits from the Usage tab or the Subscription tab in Account Settings. Credits are priced at approximately $10 per 1,500 credits, with a minimum purchase of 100 credits and a maximum of 10,000 credits.
Usage
Track your AI credit consumption and activity from the Usage tab in Account Settings.
A progress bar shows how many credits you've used out of your monthly allowance, along with your remaining credits and reset date.
Activity
View your usage over time with an interactive chart. Filter by Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last year. Below the chart, three stats are displayed: Total credits used, Messages sent, and Images generated.
Managing Your Subscription
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Go to Account Settings and select the Subscription tab.
- From here you can:
- Upgrade to a higher plan or credit level
- Switch between credit levels within the same tier
- Change billing interval between monthly and annual
- Cancel your subscription (stays active until end of billing period)
- Resume a cancelled subscription before it expires
- Click Manage billing to access the Stripe billing portal for payment method and invoice management.
Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
- Downgrades / Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan until then.
